Question પહેલા સંપૂર્ણ વાંચો
જવાબ લખવાનું શરૂ કરતાં પહેલાં questionમાં શું માંગ્યું છે તે ઓળખો. “Explain”, “List”, “Differentiate”, “Calculate” અથવા “Give reasons” જેવા words answerનું format બદલી શકે છે. માત્ર topic ઓળખીને લખવાનું શરૂ કરવાથી relevant points છૂટી શકે છે.
Marks પ્રમાણે answerનું કદ રાખો
નાના question માટે બહુ લાંબો paragraph લખવાથી સમય જાય છે. મોટા question માટે માત્ર બે lines પૂરતી ન હોઈ શકે. Exact board scheme બદલાઈ શકે છે, તેથી official paper pattern જુદો હોય તો તે અનુસરો; પરંતુ સામાન્ય રીતે marks અને answer depth વચ્ચે સંતુલન રાખવું ઉપયોગી છે.
Point-wise structureનો ઉપયોગ કરો
જ્યાં યોગ્ય હોય ત્યાં heading, numbered points, steps અથવા short paragraphs વાપરો. Science/Mathsમાં calculationના steps અને units સ્પષ્ટ રાખો. Languagesમાં questionની demand પ્રમાણે paragraph/grammar format અનુસરો.
Read → Plan 10 seconds → Write → Check keyword/unit → Move on.
Diagram હોય તો readable બનાવો
Diagram decoration માટે નથી. Label readable હોવા જોઈએ અને answer સાથે સંબંધિત હોવા જોઈએ. ખૂબ સમય shading અથવા artworkમાં ન ખર્ચો.
એક questionમાં અટકી ન જાવ
સમય કરતાં વધારે લાગી રહ્યો હોય તો available points લખીને આગળ વધો અને અંતે પાછા આવો. Paperના છેલ્લાં easy questions સમયના અભાવે છોડાઈ જાય તે ટાળવું મહત્વનું છે.
છેલ્લા મિનિટનો review
Question number, sub-parts, units, calculation sign, spelling of key terms અને કોઈ blank answer બાકી છે કે નહીં તે જુઓ. Review માટે થોડો સમય reserve કરવાની practice model/timed paperમાં જ વિકસાવો.
સારી answer writingનો અર્થ fancy language નહીં; relevant, readable અને complete response છે.
